The Board Bootcamp offers a comprehensive and immersive learning experience through structured learning modules, engaging fortnightly cohort-based live calls, expert mentorship, and a wealth of resources including additional reading and videos, and case studies. The program, spread across 16 weeks, comprises eight learning modules. Each module is designed to fit comfortably into your schedule, requiring a manageable commitment of 2-3 hours every fortnight.
This program covers key aspects from understanding CEO and Director challenges, responsibilities and governance, evaluation, to managing resilience and coping with disruption, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of effective governance and value creation in allied health businesses.
