This workshop leads you through a step-by-step approach to workforce planning, starting with understanding the current state of your organisation’s workforce, identifying existing challenges and projecting future needs and ideal outcomes. We will then guide you through the development of a workforce plan that aligns with your organisation’s goals and objectives.
Throughout this workshop we will use:
- Established workforce planning frameworks and tools;
- Allied health specific examples;
- A structured engagement and project governance approach to support project sustainability; and
- Tools to present and pitch your workforce plan to your stakeholders.
