Course Introduction
A comprehensive program leading you through a structured process to develop a workforce plan that is tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.
The step-by-step approach starts by understanding the current state of your organisation’s workforce, identifying existing challenges and projecting future needs and impacts. The outcome of the process is an Allied Health Workforce Plan that aligns with your organisation’s goals and objectives.
The content is delivered as part of an online community of practice which includes interactive, structured online content, supported by weekly tutorials over 90 days to help you achieve specific milestones. You will continue to receive support from your community of practice and tutors for the remainder of the year while you finalise and implement your Allied Health Workforce Plan.
This is a free introductory webinar to allow you to learn more about the program, ask questions, and meet the expert facilitators prior to enrolling. Register for the Wednesday, 11th October 2023 at 2:00pm (AEDT) for a virtual Q+A all about Allied Health Workforce Planning.
