A Speech Pathologist is sought to join the team for a community-based role in Brisbane.

This role will see the successful candidate provide quality services to clients, both in the home and within community networks, and work closely with the community team, including the plan and support managers and Therapists. Evaluate your clients’ condition and needs, to develop a suitable and realistic treatment plan.

Working with diverse people, the successful candidate will have opportunities to:

This role will allow the successful candidate to:

  • Gain experience within the NDIS and community sectors
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centred outcomes
  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Create evidence-based treatment plans

This is a full-time position.

Selection Criteria

  • Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience (required)
  • SPA registration
  • Previous NDIS experience (desired)
  • A passion and drive to make a difference
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
  • Current drivers licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
